		'Korean Web Contents Accessibility Guidelines 2.1,' which is the standard for Web Accessibility, is composed of 22 indexes based on 4 principles perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust.

What is Web Accessibility?

	

		Web accessibility refers to the inclusive practice of removing accessibility barriers that prevent interaction with, or access to websites, by older people or people with disabilities who are vulnerable to information. The goal of Web accessibility is to make web contents more accessibile and usable to users no matter what the situation is.




Timothy John Berners-Lee, the inventor of the World Wide Web, defines the web as the space for everyone to share information regardless of disabilities. It is intended to make all users perceive, conveniently operate, and easily understand web contents under any physical incapabilies or technical circumstances.
